Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

0.5 lb bacon
ground

0.5 cp seasoned bread crumbs

1 egg

2 Tbsp steak seasoning

1 Tbsp complete seasoning

1 carrot
grated

1 onion
small, grated

1 celery stalk
grated

4 cloves garlic
grated

salt

pepper

4 Tbsp flour

3 cps beef stock
Instructions
Step 1
Combine everything a medium bowl. Mix to combine without over mixing.
Step 2
Form 6 equal Patties and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up 8 (Covered)
Step 3
In a skillet over medium heat, fry the patties like a hamburger. (Do NOT press down on the patties)
Step 4
Once cooked, set aside to rest. Leaving pan and grease on the heat.
Step 5
Whisk in flour to create a roux
Step 6
Slowly add beef stock, whisk to combine fully before adding more stock.
Step 7
When all the stock is added, gently continue to stir until the gravy reaches a simmer. Remove from heat.
Step 8
*Serve over potatoes or rice
