
1 lb pork chops

0.5 cp honey

0.25 cp white wine

0.25 cp white wine vinegar
rice vinegar

2 Tbsp whole grain mustard

1 Tbsp ginger
grated

1 Tbsp garlic
paste

salt

pepper

hot sauce
as much or little as you like

½ tsp red pepper flake

2 Tbsp oil
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl. Whisk together honey, wine, vinegar, mustard, red pepper & as much hot sauce as you like.
Step 2
Over medium high heat, add oil to pan and sear all sides of the seasoned (s&p) chops.
Step 3
Remove seared pork and set aside.
Step 4
Still over medium high heat. Add ginger and garlic to pan. Saute 30-45 seconds (until fragrant).
Step 5
Pour liquid into pan and stir continuously until bubbles subside.
Step 6
Continue cooking (stirring occasionally) until it reaches a syrup consistency.
Step 7
Reduce heat to low and add the chops back into the pan.
Step 8
Baste the pork 3-4 minutes with the glaze.
Step 9
Cover and let cook until the pork reaches 140°.
Step 10
Let rest 5 minutes covered and serve.
