1 lb Ground Beef
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Smoke Paprika
15 oz tomato sauce
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Cider vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
½ cup water
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Step 1Remove Tomato sauce/ paste, brown sugar, vinegar, 1/4 cup water and use 2 cups of ketchup or BBQ sauce intstead.
Step 2Combine Tomato and all liquid ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 3In a large skillet begin to brown hamburger. (Do not drain)
Step 4While mostly brown, but still containing some pink. Add the dry spices (Less salt and pepper).
Step 5Continue cooking until beef is fully done.
Step 6Add sauce mixture and simmer over low heat 5-10 minutes.
Step 7Remove from heat, taste and adjust S/P to your preference.
