Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef
lean

1 Tbsp garlic powder

1 Tbsp onion powder

2 tsp mustard powder

1 tsp Chilli powder
your preference

1 tsp Smoke Paprika

15 oz tomato sauce

2 Tbsp tomato paste

2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp Cider vinegar
Light vinegar

2 Tbsp brown sugar

½ cup water

½ tsp salt
to taste

½ tsp pepper
to taste

Ketchup?
Step 1
Remove Tomato sauce/ paste, brown sugar, vinegar, 1/4 cup water and use 2 cups of ketchup or BBQ sauce intstead.
Sauce
Step 2
Combine Tomato and all liquid ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Meat
Step 3
In a large skillet begin to brown hamburger. (Do not drain)
Step 4
While mostly brown, but still containing some pink. Add the dry spices (Less salt and pepper).
Step 5
Continue cooking until beef is fully done.
Step 6
Add sauce mixture and simmer over low heat 5-10 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from heat, taste and adjust S/P to your preference.
