Ingredients

8 oz Pork Loin
thin sliced

fresh vegetables
assorted

2 tsp powder ginger

1 tsp msg

½ tsp red pepper flake

2 tsp marjoram

white pepper

salt

0.5 cp water
cold, slurry

0.5 tsbp Corn Starch
slurry

1 Tbsp soy sauce

2 Tbsp hoisin

2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 Tbsp brown sugar

Step 1
Prep your pork by coating it with half of your seasoning mix. S&P lightly, you can always add more later.
Step 2
Set side to rest and marinate.
Sauce
Step 3
Whisk together your water, corn starch, soy sauce, hoisin, rice wine vinegar and brown sugar.
Step 4
Thicken this alone in your pan after cooking your vegetables and pork.

Heat your pan over high heat. Just before adding your Veg, put in a small amount of seasoned oil. (Canola with a few drops of sesame works well).
Step 6
Set your veg aside and repeat the process for your pork.
Step 7
Add your sauce to an empty pan, still over high heat.
Step 8
Once thickened, re-add your cooked veg and pork.
Step 9
Let cool slightly, adjust your seasoning as needed and serve over rice.
