thinly sliced

1 Tbsp soy sauce

¼ tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sesame seeds

2 Tbsp brown sugar

1 Tbsp chive
1 tsp brown gravy sauce

corn starch slurry

2 Tbsp light oil

1 Tbsp garlic paste
Instructions
Step 1
Brown pork with oil over medium/ high heat
Step 2
Once the meat takes on color, add soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil & seeds
Step 3
Bring to a high simmer then reduce heat to medium/ low
Step 4
Add brown gravy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 5
Garnish with chives
Step 6
Serve over rice with lettuce, to be used as wraps/ lettuce cups
