Salisbury Steak Patties

Ingredients

2 Tbsp yellow onion
grated

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp msg
img
1 Tbsp mushroom powder
Directions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Split mixture into 2-4 equal sized balls.
Step 3
Form in oval shaped patties.
Step 4
Refrigerate 25-30 minutes
Step 5
Cook over medium heat to an internal temperature of approx 140 degrees
Step 6
Finish in a simmering sauce of your choosing until they reach and internal of 165 degrees.
