1 Tbsp hoisin
1 tsp honey
1 tsp peanut butter
use crunchy if you want the texture
2 drops sesame oil
½ tsp garlic powder
0.25 cp pasta water
or 3 to 1 water/ cornstarch slurry
Step 1In a sauce pan over low heat. Combine hoisin, peanut butter, honey and sesame oil.
Step 2Stir until fully combined.
Step 3Slowly add in starch water until you reach a consistency you like.
Step 4Add garlic powder
Step 5Toss with pasta or rice and plate.
Step 6Garnish however you like. Peanuts and chive/ scallion would be the most traditional
