Chicken & Rice (One Pot)

4 chicken thighs
1 cp rice
2 cp chicken stock
1 cp whole milk
1 lb frozen vegetables
1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
1 Tbsp complete seasoning
salt
pepper
dutch oven with lid
Step 1
Sear both sides of chicken over medium heat. 4-5 minutes each side. Remove and let rest.
Step 2
Add rice to Dutch oven and toast until fragrant
Step 3
Add seasoning and continue to stir.
Step 4
Add liquid, stir to combine.
Step 5
Add vegetables and place chicken on top
Step 6
Put on the lid, place in oven 30-45 minutes or until chicken reaches 160° internal.
Step 7
Pull, let rest covered for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Serve
