4 chicken thighs
1 cp rice
2 cp chicken stock
1 cp whole milk
1 lb frozen vegetables
1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
1 Tbsp complete seasoning

Step 1Sear both sides of chicken over medium heat. 4-5 minutes each side. Remove and let rest.
Step 2Add rice to Dutch oven and toast until fragrant
Step 3Add seasoning and continue to stir.
Step 4Add liquid, stir to combine.
Step 5Add vegetables and place chicken on top
Step 6Put on the lid, place in oven 30-45 minutes or until chicken reaches 160° internal.
Step 7Pull, let rest covered for 5 minutes.
