0.75 cp canola oil
2 tsp dijon mustard
¼ tsp dashi powder
¼ tsp msg
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
Step 1Combine all ingredients, less the oil in a high speed mixer.
Step 2Pulse lightly 2 to 3 times
Step 3Slowly drizzle oil into container while mixing at medium speed.
Step 4Switch to high after 3/4 of the oil has been added.
Step 5Finish on high for 30-40 seconds after the oil has finished.
Step 6Taste and adjust the seasoning to your preference.
