Garlic- Lemon Chicken Thighs

Zest of one lemon

Lemon- Peeled and sliced

2tbsp Olive oil

1tbsp Dijon Mustard

2tsp S&P

2 tbsp Garlic Paste

2 tsp Thyme

1lb Chicken Thigh (bone in/ skin on) 

1-2 tbsp Honey

 

Combine everything less honey, ½ s&p and chicken in a baking dish. 

Top with chicken (skin side up)  and bake @450 until skin is golden and crisp.  (60-90 minutes) 

Remove and rest chicken. 

Pour contents of baking dish, honey and remaining s&p (to taste) into a heat safe container and blend until smooth. 

Sir in lemon zest.

*Do not pour over the chicken skin
