28 oz san marzana tomatoes
whole stewed

1 Tbsp parsley

1 Tbsp basil

1 Tbsp chive
dried onion

1 Tbsp granulated garlic

1 Tbsp oregano

salt to taste

pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Tomatoes into a pan. *Texture is up to you. Crush them by hand for chunky, smash with a potato masher for medium or puree for smooth*
Step 2
Medium high heat, stirring regularly until they reach a low simmer.
Step 3
Add seasonings, less the salt and pepper. - stir to combine-
Step 4
Sit uncovered until it reaches a low boil.
Step 5
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer one hour. Stirring every 10-15 minutes.
Step 6
Taste, add salt and pepper as preferred.
