1 cp corn starch

4 tsp paprika
Sub hot for spicier chicken

1 Tbsp (3 tsp) white pepper

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp mustard powder

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp salt

½ tsp thyme

½ tsp basil

½ tsp oregano

½ tsp celery leaf

1 tsp red pepper flake
for spicier chicken

½ tsp cayenne pepper
for spicier chicken

Step 1
Whisk every thing together in a medium bowl
Step 2
Fill a second bowl with warm water
Step 3
Dredge prepared chicken in flour.
Step 4
Submerge into the water bowl
Step 5
Return to flour and coat thoroughly
Step 6
Promptly place in 325 degree fryer.
Step 7

Wings: 4-6 minutes
Legs: 5-7 minutes
Thighs: 6-8 minutes
