Classic Sausage mix

Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
1 Tbsp Rubbed Sage
1 tsp thyme
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp Red Pepper Flake
1 tsp msg
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
Grinding Pork yourself?
Step 1
Season your meat before grinding. This allows for better flavor distribution.
Ground Pork
Step 2
Combine all your ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 3
Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Place, covered, in the refrigerator for 4- 12 hours. This allows the flavors to develop.
Step 5
Brown and serve as you like.
