1 Tbsp Rubbed Sage

1 tsp thyme

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp Red Pepper Flake

1 tsp msg

½ tsp black pepper

Combine all your ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix thoroughly.

Place, covered, in the refrigerator for 4- 12 hours. This allows the flavors to develop.

Brown and serve as you like.
