3 Tbsp chicken fat
3 Tbsp flour
2.5 cps chicken stock
1 Tbsp roasted garlic powder
1 Tbsp badia

Step 1Combine chicken fat and flour over medium heat. Stir until a peanut butter color paste forms.
Step 2A few tbsp at a time, whisk in the chicken stock.
Step 3Ensure that all stock is combined before adding more.
Step 4Remove from heat once you've added all stock.
Step 5Add seasoning and adjust to your preference
Step 6Optional- Add some fresh lemon juice to brighten your gravy
