
3 Tbsp chicken fat

3 Tbsp flour

2.5 cps chicken stock
room temperature

1 Tbsp roasted garlic powder
1 Tbsp badia
complete or nature's way

0.5 lemon

Instructions
Step 1
Combine chicken fat and flour over medium heat. Stir until a peanut butter color paste forms.
Step 2
A few tbsp at a time, whisk in the chicken stock.
Step 3
Ensure that all stock is combined before adding more.
Step 4
Remove from heat once you've added all stock.
Step 5
Add seasoning and adjust to your preference
Step 6
Optional- Add some fresh lemon juice to brighten your gravy
