
1 lb beef

2 Tbsp bbq rub

1 Tbsp worcestershire

3 Tbsp mustard

2 Tbsp whiskey

1 cp bread crumbs

1 large egg

salt to taste

pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Combine whiskey, mustard, rub, 1/2 tsp salt/ pepper and worcestershire to a bowl/ bag.
Step 2
Mix well and add beef
Step 3
Seal and refrigerate for 2 hours
Step 4
Add and whisk the egg in a large bowl.
Step 5
Pulse beef in a food processor until a chucky/ loose grind is reached
Step 6
Combine beef and egg.
Step 7
Stir in bread crumbs
Step 8
Once fully incorporated, Form 4 - 6 patties.
Step 9
Place on a sheet pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 10
Once chilled: Broil 6-7 minutes per side or fry with a little oil. (Cook until they reach a minimum 145 internal.
