1 lb chicken
cooked/ bite size pieces
4 cps stock
1 cp rice
1 vegetable soup mix
0.5 cp white wine
Step 1In a medium stock pot, combine stock and rice over medium heat.
Step 2Bring to a boil then add your seasonings, soup mix & wine.
Step 3Once the rice in cooked, add your prepared chicken. (Left over rotisserie chicken is great in this recipe.
Step 4Simmer 5-10 minutes and serve.
