Instructions
Step 1
Combine burger, mushrooms, 2 tbsp butter, 3/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper in a bowl
Step 2
Separate and form into 4 equal patties
Step 3
Cook over medium heat until you reach an internal temperature of 150 degrees.
Step 4
Place 1/2 tsp of butter on each burger (add cheese now if using)
Step 5
Cover and cook an additional 3-4 minutes.
Step 6
Serve on toasted bun with your favorite toppings and condiments
