Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

lb potatoes
cubed

8 oz Peas
fresh or Frozen

2 Tbsp AP Flour

1 Tbsp Steak Seasoning

1 Tbsp Complete Seasoning

salt

pepper

2 cps Beef Stock
Instructions
Step 1
Cube and boil potatoes until just fork tender
Step 2
Drain and set aside
Step 3
Return pan to heat and brown ground beef
Step 4
Return potatoes to pan
Step 5
Add seasonings, cook 3-5 minutes
Step 6
Add flour, cook another 3-5 minutes. Stir frquently
Step 7
Pour in beef stock and stir gently to combine.
Step 8
Once stew begins to simmer, add peas
Step 9
Remove from the heat, adjust seasoning
Step 10
Let rest for 5 minutes and serve
