1 cp Balsamic vinegar
0.5 cp Brown Sugar
Step 1Over medium/low heat, combine the two ingredients.
Step 2Bring to a low boil then reduce heat to a simmer.
Step 3Simmer 15-20 minutes
Step 4Glaze should coat the back of a spoon when done
Step 5*You can use this with your favorite flavor vinger. Or substitute 1/4 cup of vinegar with a 100 percent fruit juice, such as raspberry or pomegranate.
