
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

3 Tbsp unsalted butter

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp ginger
grated

2 Tbsp scallion
or shallot

salt

pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Over low heat, melt butter in a pan
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients, less salt and pepper
Step 3
Cook until the mixture 4-5 minutes
Step 4
Strain into a heat proof dish
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste
Step 6
Spoon over dish just before serving
